FREEPLAY AND PHOTO STUDIO

Paint with no timer, pick up where you left off, take photos.

What is Freeplay?

  • Painting with no theme, no timer and no votes. Take all the time you want.
  • The FREEPLAY button sits at the top right, next to the settings gear.
  • Freeplay runs in its own server, so the game asks before you leave the round server. EXIT brings you back to the rounds.

Can I visit the shop without leaving Freeplay?

  • Yes. The small X button puts the paint screen away and leaves you in the Freeplay lobby.
  • Shop, codes, Lookbook and ranks all work there.
  • Press FREEPLAY again and your look is back on the face.

I got disconnected. Is my Freeplay look gone?

  • Probably not! Freeplay saves your work in the background while you paint, layers included.
  • Next time you join, the game asks PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF? Choose RESTORE to continue or DISCARD to start over.
  • Leaving with EXIT counts as finished and nothing is kept, so save looks you love to the Lookbook.

What is the Photo Studio?

  • A photoshoot mode for Freeplay. Open it with the camera button next to the gear.
  • LIGHT changes the mood, the colour dots change the backdrop (the rainbow one is any colour you like) and POSE picks an expression.
  • HIDE UI clears the screen for a clean shot. Tap anywhere to bring the controls back.
  • SNAP takes the picture and offers to save it to your Roblox captures.
