SETTINGS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Sound, flashes, name tags, bug reports and quick fixes.
Nothing found. Try another word, or ask us on Discord.
Can I hide the name tags?
- Yes. Switch off Name Tags in Settings and the names over players' heads disappear on your screen.
Where can I see what changed in an update?
- The update log pops up once after each update.
- You can open it again any time from Settings with WHAT'S NEW. The arrows next to the date show older updates.
How do I report a bug?
- Open Settings and look for the small line at the bottom of the panel. It looks like v512 ยท 3F9A2C.
- Send us that line on Discord, together with your device and what you were doing when it happened.
- A screenshot or a short clip helps a lot.
My brush won't paint. What do I check?
- Is the selected layer hidden? A layer with its eye switched off takes no paint.
- Is the pipette switched on? Tap the face once or tap the pipette again.
- Is a VIP tool in your hand (rhinestones, lash clusters) without VIP? Pick another product.
- Still stuck? Leaving and rejoining fixes it. Tell us about it so we can fix it for real.
The paint screen didn't open
- This can happen when a device runs low on memory.
- Rejoin the game and it will open again. Closing other apps first helps on phones and tablets.
The game feels laggy while painting
- Very big brushes with Mirror on are the heaviest thing you can do. A slightly smaller brush is much lighter.
- Merging layers you are finished with helps too.
- Lowering the graphics quality in the Roblox menu makes the biggest difference on older devices.
The Lookbook says there is no preview right now
- Your device is short on memory at that moment, so the 3D preview is skipped.
- Your looks are safe and still load normally.
It says the servers are restarting
- An update is on its way. You get a warning with a countdown first.
- Finish your round. Freeplay work is saved for you, so you can pick it up again after you rejoin.
I still need help
- Come and ask on our Discord. The team and other players are happy to help.
